Wiltronic's employs only qualified, expert technicians. We make sure that our technicians have all the necessary certifications and are consistently updated on all of the new repair techniques for all of the new models.

A technician's skill level and knowledge are a major factor in the outcome of a repair. We are committed to employ the best-trained and experienced technicians that help us provide your vehicle with repairs that are at the top of the industry.

As an automotive repair facility, the technicians's skill level is critical. A repair facility can have all of the superior and sophisticated equipment in the industry but without a skilled technician they serve little purpose. Forunately, we have found technicians who are highly skilled and competent. We make sure that they feel at home with us and provide them with all they need to be successful. Through our efforts, they have stayed with us and developed their skills to become our head technicians.

We require our service technicians to be qualified and properly trained. At Wiltronic's, we set high standards before we hire a technician. All of our service technician's are highly skilled and properly trained.

Expert and experienced technicians are hard to find in this day and age. Based on a national study, there is a shortage of technicians every year in this country. This fact shows that if you have a good technician you had better keep him because it will be hard to find another. Therefore, Wiltronic's provides an employment package that has proved to be superb as our head technicians have been with us for many years. Here are some examples of what we provide:

a. We provide a team and family environment. We rely on our employees immensely. We empower them and make them feel that they are a part of a family and not just a business.

c. Training. We send our technicians to receive certification and update their existing certifications. This keeps them up to date on all the existing and new techniques to repairing vehicles.

d. Hire & Mentor young recruits. As we discussed earlier, a shortage of technicians exists every year in this country and it seems to be getting larger every year. Therefore, Wiltronic's has taken the lead in providing leadership and training to young recruits who want to be future technicians. We are able to train and find these qualified recruits by doing the following:

- Hire these recruits as apprentices and have them follow and assist our head technicians.
- Support schools that help provide training, support, to potential young recruits.
